As always, the service was friendly and professional.
Just popped in the Beaverton Store to purchase some filter cleaner. I was interested in the new Silk Balance product. Francesca Hester did a wonderful job explaining how it works and its benefits. I did purchase the Silk Balance Fresh Start I think it was called, and will be using it next time I empty my tub. Love our Hot Springs Spa.
Great people, great service, and they were able to answer all of my questions. The wife, and I love our Hot Springs hot tub, great way to deal with those aches, and pains that us seniors get.
I like getting supplies from your company, because your staff has great customer service and low prices.

I have a Jetsetter. It is the most incredible hot tub out there. I have had 3 other brands over the past 40+ years and this one is the BEST! Although I bought the tub at Oregon Hot Tub in Clackamas, I shop in Wilsonville as it is closer. Anyone looking for a hot tub should really consider the Jetsetter. The folks in both locations have always been helpful.
Terry Lynch came by to service my Oregon Hot Springs Spa. He was early for his appointment, went right to work and completed the job on schedule. He went over everything with me and even wiped down the outside and the cover! I wasn't expecting that! I have recommended my Hot Springs Spa to many friends, family, and neighbors because it is a quality product, with quality people!
