Walked in thinking their tubs were out of our budget only to find they had a special that was actually less than all the other brands we shopped . We will go back if we need another hot tub

Robert Burgess did a great job introducing us to our new Master Spas hot tub. The instruction manual was a bit confusing but Robert explained everything we needed to know. He was professional and friendly.
Oh man. This service person was great! My daughter opened the front door wide open and 3 large dogs jumped this man. My daughter thought it was her sister....I am soooo sorry. Anyways, after that start he was able to fix my hot springs hot tub and then called to let me know the problem. He also asked if I needed any other supplies which I did. He was great. Thank you so very much for having such understanding employees.

I only offer a 4-star rating of my purchase experience for the following reason. We came to a fair price agreement based on a promotion which brought the tub I purchased into my budget. I asked that the crane fee of $360.00 be rolled into the deal. The decision maker within the Hotsprings organization came back initially and said the company would cover 1/2 or $180.00. As our crane company requires that their fees be paid separately, we do our very best to accommodate our customer's needs when negotiating the fees into your order. Issac at the Bend, OR location was an exceptional salesman. He really takes pride in his job and will go above and beyond for his customers to make sure they get the best deal possible. He was very patient with all of our many questions. I would highly recommend this store and if you want a motivated and zero pressure salesmen Issac is the guy to see.
