Terry Lynch came out first thing this morning to bring our new hot tub cover! THANK YOU for getting it right out to us -- our old cover had taken up so much water that it weighed 1,000 lbs!!!

Terry Lynch my service tech came out to my house to solve a problem on my hot tub.. I was out of town so when I came home I was up and running again. He's awesome... Oregon Hot tub is awesome... can't say enough of their amazing customer service and willingness o problem solve. WELL worth the little extra money to have the BEST in your yard!
Today I had the pleasure to watch a true craftsman at work. Terry with Oregon Hot Tub was very knowledgeable about the systems, his troubleshooting skills is second to none,,, he also had the right tools for the job and knows how to handle them.. A very talented individual
We're very happy we chose Oregon Hot Tub to repair our tub. The service technician Terry came out on time and was very professional. He made a quick diagnosis, had the needed parts on his truck, and got the job done. We won't hesitate to call Oregon Hot Tub in the future.
Lonnie was our service technician and actually arrived early. He was the most knowledgeable person I have encountered in a long time. He explained everything to us and helped resolve our problem. Every aspect of the diagnosis was explained and I learned much more than I had known and we have had Hot Springs hot tubs for 15 years.

Kudos to Terry Lynch! The part we needed for our hot tub had been ordered and anxiously awaited. Notified it had arrived and a service time scheduled, Terry was the technician who installed the new wireless remote and dock. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very much appreciated!.
