Terry came out to service the tub because we were having chlorination problems. He clearly explained what we were likely doing wrong and tested a bunch of other stuff while he was here. This company is amazingly responsive to customers - they usually get back to emails immediately. Service is prompt, polite, and skilled - Terry is exemplary of that. Yes, the product costs a bit more than cheapos, but we're 100% happy with the tub and the way we are treated - it is worth the extra.
Got good service from Philip after a moderate discussion...new filter arrived 24 hrs from day ordered...also Terry, service tech , was amiable and efficient. 150$ for a simple burp, however, is questionable...I'll know better NXT time...
Terry came out today and did an absolutely amazing job fixing my hot tub. What I thought to be a big problem ended up being a simple fix for terry!!! Awesome
