The most rude write up tech & service manager I have ever had the displeasure to deal with !
They handled my vehicle that needed service and to be turned in, while getting me into my new lease. They made everything super easy, and my salesman, Jim Hazen, listened to my needs and found the perfect new car for me. He easily came within my price range, and offered me a no pressure deal. So many dealerships told me the offer expired same day - take it or leave it. I'm glad I "left it" and went to Orchard!
Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. It didn't occur to anyone that verifying a part before my appointment would be an idea. then I was told I would be called when it came in, never heard the phone ring. First and Last time I will go there.
Jeremy greets you as you drive in for your oil change he keeps you informed on what is happening and how much the cost will be. He truly cares about his costumers

My husband originally took my Jeep to another dealer to get my sunroof fixed. Let's just say they had my vehicle 12 days & botched it up big time. I got it back and took it to Orchard. Chet was very understanding with my problem and agreed to fix it rather than send me back to the dealership that "attempted" to repair it. Needless to say my Jeep will not be serviced anywhere but Orchard. Thank you Chet for keeping me updated on how the repairs were going.
