service dept is terrible and does not follow up on customer concerns.
We just turned in a lease, and leased another Ram, best customer service! we have been to other dealerships and talked to other people and Jim here at Orchard is awesome! He was not pushy, got us exactly what we wanted, had our truck and paperwork ready when we walked in the door. Another gentleman, I believe Chris, helped with setting my phone up and showing me how everything worked.

Terrible attitudes in the service department. They are rude and cocky even when they were wrong on diagnosising issues with my Jeep TWICE! I had to contact a different Crysler to get my refund for their mistake! They always over charge and rip us off. This was the last time we will ever go there. After asking where my car was parked (after my service- which wasn’t fixed) I was told to use my panic button to find it. Real nice gentleman, real nice.
