I was looking around for a lease for 2 days. Was even allowed to take a Dodge home over night through a different dealership. The morning I drove 30 miles to get to Orchard, I posted on my Facebook asking for a recommendation. A girl I went to Jr. High said.. hey this guy I am dating works at Orchard Dodge.. Give him a call. His name is Mike Mueller. I talked to him briefly and 4 hrs later I was driving my new lease home. He was prepared, organized and a no bs kind of guy. You have a customer for life. Took my van there for an engine mechanical issue under warranty. Me being an ASE master tech I hate taking my cars anywhere to get worked on. They found the issue and replaced the engine under warranty. They got it done very quickly. I looked it over closely as my wife was taking to PA. They did a great job, nothing out of place. If I ever need warranty work again it will go back to them. Thanks Jake and the team.

Service department is a joke!! I called to get my lease in for a warranty issue with blind senser beeping. Was told because I didn't get the lease there they couldn't help. This was last week. So I stop in today to see if they can look at it. They said put the vin in and saw the problem. Then asked can you leave it? I said if I have a loaner. They said they can't do that. Went in for two oil changes there now. Always ends up taking less time than they tell me! The service department guys are always so friendly and very willing to help you out.
