Great service and sales team!
This is our 3rd lease thru Larry Coates. He takes good care of us & beats any deal we bring to him, which we very much appreciate. We miss all the wonderful treats that were offered to customers when it was Orchard (donuts, cakes, fresh apples) because like last night we came straight from work to take delivery & we were there hours & feeling faint! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! I bought a $15,000 vehicle and after a week of owning it, it started having issues. Got it in for service on the second week of ownership and they "couldn't waive the fee" to look at the issues if they "weren't covered under warranty" (an additional $105). Of course, the issues weren't covered... This place is a scam and I will not buy another vehicle from them again!
