Buying a car went great. Service Department absolutely TERRIBLE. Was told no appointment needed, come in and they would take care of me. Arrive and they were nothing but rude, unproffesional, told me it would be about 2 hours to fix everything and in the future I needed an appointment. When I explained I was told I didn't need one, I was lectured like I was a toddler in timeout. Left my Jeep for a Friday appointment at 11 am. Vehicle was not even put up on a lift until Monday at 3:00 pm. Told them exactly what the problem was - still insisted on two test drives. They couldn’t “hear” the problem, but asked to keep it for an additional day to test drive again in the morning. No thanks. DO NOT leave your lease turn in here!!!!!!!! I leased a new RAM, left the old lease there in excellent condition and 1 month later I received a bill from $365.00 in damages. The leasing company sent me photos of the damage, the truck was side swiped and scratched. The salesperson knows that the turn in was in excellent condition, I turned it in with 3,000 miles less contract. When I contacted 2 managers at the dealership both told it was my problem.
