So far so good. The advisor Todd greeted me quickly and respectfully which are two things I really like in customer care. Todd also told me that I had a free oil change available in my contract that the other dealership in Clinton Twp. had never mentioned in the past. The problem with my truck was quickly assessed as a bad radio. A new one is ordered and should be in soon. I think I have found a new dealership!
Dealership that never has parts on stock. You call 2 weeks to set an appointment for service tell them whats not working (wiper motor) show up 2 weeks later they tell you it will be 2 more weeks to get a replacement part. They love taking your money for car but dont think its a safety issue or probl driving with no wipers for a month. Really!! WORST experience ever, took my truck back in after they couldn't get it right after a recall and they WRECKED it! Want pictures message me, they have had it 2 weeks and it's still sitting in the lot without a resolution...STAY AWAY!
