Terrible! They took one of my accounts from Wells Fargo without my consent and then started charging me "fees". I tried to cancel the account and they told me that I couldn't unless I came into the branch. I live in San Francisco and the closest branch is Indiana. I am not going to fly across the country to close a bank account. They stole all the money out of the account and then told me that there is no money in the account to give back to me. Thieves! I don't know why any sane person would willingly open an account here. ... read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They are so bad they don't even deserve 1 star. Ongoing issue that I have spent 4-5 months trying get resolved. Each phone call last an average of 45 minutes, every time they say call back in a few days to check on the status and every time I call back, they say there are no notes in our record! All because they purchased a flood insurance policy on our property even though I sent in all the proper documentation multiple times showing that we are NOT in a SFHA. I even poke to a manager w... read more
