?Worst bank system ever! My closing date was July 10 and I haven't received? my escrow money back from FlagStar yet today (9/3/2019)..

Mist frustrating company ever! Our mortgage was sold to them by our prior mortgage company. During the transition, they left my name off the loan!! I have sent them all necessary paperwork to correct this problem....the signed mortgage note, the title, the deed and it's still not resolved after almost 2 months!! I call every week and the only answer I get is that it is being worked on. So frustrating that I cannot speak to the research department who handles this issue. Beyond frustrated. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Mist frustrating company ever! Our mortgage was sold to them by our prior mortgage company. During the transition, they left my name off the loan!! Horrible service. I was trying to be diligent and pay my payment early and they automatically applied it to the principle. I’ve been told three times they fixed it only to be called again the next month saying I’m delinquent. Knowing all this they reported failure to pay to the credit bureaus.

Incredibly frustrating experience with the loss department. Constantly was asked to submit documents that I already had sent in weeks or months earlier. Get to the end of my renovation, and it took nearly 5 weeks to have an "inspector" come out to verify the work was done. Perhaps if I lived in a remote area that may have been acceptable, but I'm in one of the largest towns in my state. following that fiasco, they still are requesting information. At this point, I have paid the contractor in full directly. I'm trying to get ... read more

My loan was transferred to flagstar by by previous service provider. After transferring my service my previous service provider stopped the automated payment. Since I have may mortgage and all are automated, until something happens, it's no easy for me to know andy issue with payment. After service transfer they might have sent letters to my house, but as we get lots of junk mails I might have missed those letters.
