The billing for the last 6 months has been abysmal. We receive bills for patient amount due with NO explanation of the services rendered and no reference of insurance filed or amount paid. Calls to explain things have to be made repeatedly each month and we are told everything is cleared. Statements show bill is 31-60 days old, but it is the first time we have seen anything!
