I just donated blood, the staff was kind and one was very friendly at west Michigan location but they just called me and error was made on their part and nothing can be done. I find it very suspicious 😒

Tom and Julio (I think we're their names if I remember correctly) were so wonderful! We were all laughing and joking and having a great time - they were so personable and friendly! Definitely made it a great experience. Would definitely recommend!!!!
