Have now been trying for days to get them to delete all my personal information from their system. I call and call and nobody is every around to help. Got one voice mail saying they can’t delete my information, even though their own privacy policy on the website says you can have it deleted at any time. This place is a joke! 💩
RecommendedEven though I was unable to donate because my temperature was over the limit when I arrived at the blood drive today, I want to say that Trish at OneBlood was very professional and kind, and most of all patient in explaining the policy to me! Excellent staff, and I will be back sometime when I cool off!

first, the CEO bud Scholl negative comment about protesters that were protesting Governor Ron Desantis and not OneBlood, second, the staff is treated like crap there. I seen one poor woman yelled at while she was drawing my blood, just because she gave someone and extra orange juice. Poor woman was in tears trying to put the needle in my arm. I will never donate with them again
