The staff is wonderful and very professional. They make donations easy and almost pain free. Friendly staff gets you in and done as quick as possible.

I had my first appointment with OneBlood today for which I rearranged my schedule. After waiting 29 minutes for the bus to arrive, I left. Think I’ll stick with the Red Cross when I return to Wisconsin. Very disappointing. And no customer service answering my phone call. An email would have been nice.
They could improve by rescinding the mercenary requirement of unlimited consent and unlimited assignment of all rights to research/experiment with my blood. I USED to donate for the express purpose to save lives by transfusions - NOT to supply research "supplies" for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals or potentially biological weapons research for the military. It is ENTIRELY UNREASONABLE to require the signing away of PERSONAL RIGHTS, for the "privilege" of rendering altruistic aid to others.
I have been donating since this was still called the Florida Blood Bank. The staff has always been courteous, efficient, and professional. I am a five gallon donor and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism by staff and donation coordinators. You’re helping to save lives. Give if you can, as often as you can. Make a difference in the lives of others.
