I want to express my deepest disappointment! I made an appointment to donate whole blood today (05/31/2020) at 3pm at the Marshall's 14093 S.W. 88 Street Parking Lot Miami, FL 33186 location. I am an international student from Europe here in Miami, FL. I come from a family where blood donations are a normal and regular thing. As a blood center we are regulated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and must follow all guidelines for blood donation. This deferral is simply a precautionary measure taken by the FDA and OneBlood to increase safety of the blood supply.
