The amount of negative reviews on here means that mine shouldn’t come as a surprise. I worked for this company for ONE WEEK and that alone was hard to do. The customer service I witnessed every day was terrible. No one cares about the mission, just their money. The equipment? It’s thrown and handled in a terrible manner, with comments afterwards “eh, I don’t pay for it” and more. A blood spill happened, and you know what actions were taken? After several attempts and talking to the lady anwsering the phone and being transferred to customer service leaving my contact information and not receiving a call from anyone I am giving up. This has turned out to be a very disappointing experience. please find somewhere else to donate this is not it.

I just donated blood, the staff was kind and one was very friendly at west Michigan location but they just called me and error was made on their part and nothing can be done. I find it very suspicious 😒
