Friendly and patient staff! I’m not great with being stuck with needles but they always seem to make it easy
This was a horrible experience from start to finish. As a Marketing Coordinator trying to book a drive for my company, I needed waivers signed to ensure the safety of OneBlood, as well as our own employees. I had to jump through hoops to get a waiver signed and almost couldn't have them at our location. After a week of struggling to get the waiver, they send it to me the DAY BEFORE the drive, after ignoring my calls all day.
