After reading carefully all of the information on the Can I Donate section on One Blood’s website my family and I all made appointments. My sister was told once she got there that she was not eligible to donate because she lived in England in the 80’s. She explained that their website says that if you were military or military dependent that you are eligible. The lady was rude and argued and put her on a permanent deferral list. My mother called the donor advocacy number to get clarification and to make sure we should all ca... read more
