I spoke to Melissa on Friday about needing some notary services at my local branch. She was not only helpful but a pleasure to speak with and reminded me to carefully review my paperwork to know if I needed a witness or not. I love the times I am able to speak with a knowledgeable customer service representative who isn't rushing me off the call because they're only allotted just so much time to speak with each customer.
