I have been been with OneAZ for a few years now. We even took out a home equity loan. When payoff came about as we are refinancing our home, there was a late fee. This happened when I opened the loan about 4 years ago. I never received a notice or phone call that the first payment was due. Finally I received something about a late fee. I called and their representative inferred it was for 1 or 2 months. We talked and I was told it would be taken care of. Now I find out it was for 5 months! Long time customer of OneAZCU with accounts for me and my kids, car loans, mortgages, and now a business account. Always treated with a great attitude and willingness to help. I usually do not do reviews but this Credit Union Bank is by far the best Bank I have ever had in 65 years! I have been with them for about 10 years now after closing accounts from other Banks which overcharge for everything, and actually, I just can not say enough good about One AZ Credit Union! Everything good I say will be an understatement, and their Customer Service absolutely no one can top! Thanks OneAZ!
