On Monday I made a deposit at the 17th Avenue branch. The tellers at this branch are inexperienced and frequently make mistakes, or take too long to figure out how to execute transactions, so on Monday I wrote everything down so the teller would have the account numbers and names of the account. Today I noticed that the deposit I made on Monday was made into the wrong account. When I called the branch no one answered, so I drove to the branch and asked them to make the correction.
