This review is specific to a phone call that I made today to get information about a service, Notary Public. I wanted to find out if I needed an appointment before I came into the Credit Union. Keith answered the call just as I got a call on the land line in my office. I had to ask him to please hold while I took the call. And he did!!! I fully expected him to hang up rather than wait for me. I was amazed that he waited. This was true customer service. Thanks so much Keith.

This review is based on the customer service I received from Linda A****** and Allison J****. I've been with OneAZ when it was AZ State FCU. They've made some changes such as charging $5 from LOC and a few other "banking" choices which I try to avoid. Recently, I've had a couple issues with the Monroe branch which I had to contact the Call Center for assistance - several calls for two different issues. Dandra Leos was so helpful to me in securing a car loan. I called her at least once a day and she had all the answers I needed. Finally found the car I wanted and she quickly finished the paperwork. Great customer service! Great bank!

I love the personalized service I always receive from One AZ, most recently Melissa Graeve took my call and was such a delight to speak with.
