I’m honestly disappointed and upset with the customer service of an agent named Shaun/Shawn who works in the auto loan department. I was recently in a very bad car accident in Mexico back in February. I have an auto loan with one az for that vehicle which was totaled and burned to a crisp. My insurance did not cover the accident so I am stuck paying the car note, which I am okay doing. However, I canceled my insurance two months after the accident because it was no longer drive-able. We've been members for probably 13-14 years. They aren't perfect, but we always have a good experience. Sometimes the website is frustrating, but that is partly due to the fact that I am not tech savvy! I was having an issue with the website and Michele Watson was the "lucky winner" of my phone call. She was patient and kind as she helped me with my issue. And she made the call pleasant and friendly along the way. That is good customer service. Thank you Michele!!

I called the customer service number to ask about wire transfers. I was told that i could set up a zoom appointment if i had a computer. I set up the appointment. Received the appointment in an email. Accepted the 10 a.m. appointment. The calendar invite popped up at 9 a.m. i kept trying to join the meeting and decided to wait until 10 to try again. The meeting worked without problems. However, i was asked if i had the ability to print and scan a document. I was not told i needed that ability when i made the appointment. I w... read more

I have been taking care of a lot of financial matters lately. As a result I've needed to call my credit union OneAZ many times in the month of May. On Tuesday I spoke with Tierra, she is very professional and helpful. She answered and clarified all my questions. She does a very good job of making sure I understood what was happening. Been a lifelong resident of AZ. You wont find a group of nicer people and professional. Michelle W and the online call center staff are first rate. Branches are well maintained, lobby greeters nearby to help direct you to the nearest available associate always speeds things along. Keep smiling OneAz. No one else comes close. kjh

I have been a member with One AZ Credit Union for 21 years, and nothing can compare to their customer service. I had to speak with their Main Office today and spoke to Josephine. I can only tell you that she was the most Patient and Helpful person ever. She took the time to help me and I am not very computer oriented, so it took someone who could be understanding. I Hope that Josephine becomes a Manager of this Bank, because she really understands what Customer Service is. She is a Asset to this Bank.
