Melissa in the Customer call center was wonderful! She went above and beyond to help me with my problem and kept working on it till it was solved. I so appreciated her determination to fix the issue and I can now do on line banking again! This has been a wonderful place to bank for over 28 years. Thanks so much OneAz!

All 5 stars are for Candice. She provided the service I needed in a most satisfactory manner. No stars for the person who thinks it OK to force one's customers to listen to his/her company ads while on hold. Very offensive, presumptuous, annoying and dumb.

I would never want business with these liars after my loan application.I work 60 plus hrs a week and az one credit union say they can only put down on my credit application that I work only 40 a week making me not to qualify for a loan. Especially after providing pay stubs for a month.

After two semi-helpful/ semi-frustrating calls trying to deal with a credit card that never arrived, I wasn't sure what to expect when I called again. This time I reached Michelle, and had a completely different experience. Michelle was very knowledgeable and professional, but she also took time to listen and really hear what I was saying. I felt like a valued member of the credit union instead of just a number. Many thanks!!
