The ladies were beyond helpful, encouraging and patient as they helped skiddish-me choose the perfect glasses. A challenging task after several failed restyles at another eye clinic. I’m so pleased with my decision to go to One Hour Optical. They finished my glasses in less than an hour actually. (Yup those are happy tears welling in my eyes)
Penny was very helpful after inquiring what I was looking for. She even was on point with what wouldn’t look good. Then when receiving my glasses at pick up she made sure they rested on my face evenly. The helpfulness and kindness was fantastic. I will definitely go back
I recommend both their doctor, staff and products. Very professional, quick and easy. I felt the price point was very fair and my glasses were ready the same day. I highly recommend!
Very expensive. The doctor just rushes thru the eye exam, felt like I was at a Wal Mart. The selection of glasses was limited, couldn’t find a decent set of frames for under $300... went online and found what I wanted for $90. I wouldn’t go back
