This morning my dog ate my glasses!! Not being able to see anything without them, we had to get new lenses today. We came here by chance and we're so glad we did!! Robert McDonell is the gentleman that looked after us and he's brilliant! From the minute we walked in the door, he treated us wonderfully. By the time we got there, the lab was about to close, but he managed to have them work late to do my glasses. Then he gave us a geat deal!! Penny C provided my wife with the best customer service we have experienced in the past six months. Even though we walked in 15 minutes prior to closing time, Penny took the time to ask the right questions to understand what my wife wanted and showed enough delightful personality to make the transaction a pleasure!!
The gentleman that works there is rude, rushed and not customer friendly at all. There was an issue with my mother's insurance and once it was straightened out we went back and he tried to brush us off and said just take it up with insurance and get them to reimburse you and that's not what we were told to do and when advised of so he got snotty and grudgingly began looking for the information to take care of the issue which still is unresolved.
