RecommendedIt is clean, bright, and very organized. I had a couple people helping me. They spent so much assisting my with finding the perfect fit, lens size, and frame that would work best for me. I prefer rimless lenses, and there was a nice selection. I worked a lot with Penny. She was extremely helpful, patient, and personable. I have had the best experiences at One Hour Optical. The staff is so kind, warm, and extremely helpful. my glasses are always done on time and within. reasonable time. I go during my lunch to order my glasses and pick them up after work. They have great customer service, amazing products, and fast service! Love it ❤❤
They talked me into buying $400+ glasses and when i told them the prescription was wrong they said it wasnt their fault Id have to pay for everything all over again. I just got back from another eye dr and my prescription was completely different than what they gave me. Either the eye dr has no idea what hes doing or the staff messed up my lens. Worst experience ever.
AWESOME! I'm now questioning why I waited so long to go somewhere to get frames/lenses! This process was incredibly quick and easy. They had me in and out on a lunch break! The girls were so helpful while I was trying to pick a frame. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and brought me option after option to try.
