absolutely fantastic service. Our technician was a perfect gentleman and walked us through weaknesses before suggesting anything. Perfect perfect perfect!
*** came today. I almost hugged him. Our AC went out, and of course it was a Saturday. Next appt was tomorrow at 4. 100 o outside. 80+ inside. After many prayers, we got a call stating *** could come NOW!! I was one happy old lady. We have never been unhappy with One Hour Heating and Air. They’ve always been polite, on time, clean, friendly and very knowledgeable!

Very respectful came out promptly to inspect the system to see why it was freezing up and not cooling. *******, the technician gave a proper explanation and what I was looking at as far as cost$. I did not get it repaired at the time and will get a 2nd opinion. I will definitely call them back if needed.
