Never trust them.<br /> I chose this company because of the many reviews. I paid for a 1 year membership and expected a long service but I was disappointed. Technician ****** ****** is very rude, talking to customers like we owe him. When I complained about him to the manager, even the manager did nothing, behaved as usual and did not even apologize.<br /> Their service charges are extra high, I was told before the service that there would be no additional fees from members, only cost of parts. We went to your house three times to help you with your cooling issues, with two of those trips being free. We even offered to refund money and recover parts we used to get you cooling. We have been using this company for over 10 yrs. The only reason we used them for so long was because they had installed a whole new HVAC system in 2011 for ( 13,000.00) which in my opinion was pretty high back then. We had to have the company come and make repairs to this unit every year for 10 yrs sometimes multiple times. Needless to say the system had to be replaced again and of course was then out of any warranty and cost us now 18,000.00! This was for a 5 ton unit. The technician's communication was terrible. He failed to let us know pricing before changing out any part. He harmed himself while not using proper safety protocols which could have been a big issue since he was on our property. Further, he failed to complete the job and we still had to pay over 400 dollars for an incomplete service. Will never use this company again. I don't recommend them to anyone.
