On Hour was prompt at getting to us. **** *** my Service Technician for the second time came to service our air conditioner. Thank God as I was totally pleased with him on his previous maintenance service call. I hope that I do get him on my future needs. I needed a new fan motor. I had a choice of the OEM or aftermarket motor. The supplier was out of the OEM so I went with the aftermarket motor. *****told me the only difference was the aftermarket motor would b a little louder but not much louder than the OEM motor.
