Courteous and friendly. Informative and updated us on what he found with the system. We received both text and email prior to his arrival along with a photo id of the technician doing the work. Auto scheduled our next service.
Jacob was polite and knowledgeable in his trade. Scheduled maintenance was done and appointment time was met by the technician. A call ahead was appreciated. Highly recommend Rivercity one hour air
I bought a new furnace and heat pump 2 years and have not had a great experience. Shady sales practices, improper installation, and now refusal to fix a system still under warrantee. I recommend calling someone else.
