We have dealt with One Hour for years and will never go with another vendor. They exceed expectations every visit. Professional, knowledgeable, solution driven and patient with questions and concerns. Highly recommend them in emergencies or with yearly maintenance of your A/C and/or heating unit. Carter was very thorough examining both the old furnace and old AC. His recommendation was to replace entire units as opposed to just trying to repair (very expensive) and hope for the best.
