Joshua was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new part, and had my AC up and running quickly. All service and parts were covered under the warranty. Very nice young man.
My AC was not working all night. Called and they came out in less time than I wax first told it would take. He knew what he was doing. Had it working in a very short time.
This is an EXCELLENT company!! The last two times I’ve contacted this company to schedule service they’ve always had someone at the phone to answer my call to schedule service. The tech has ALWAYS showed up in hardly no time at all, and very punctual! The Tech Michael Marvin is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job with no mess left over. *** came today. I almost hugged him. Our AC went out, and of course it was a Saturday. Next appt was tomorrow at 4. 100 o outside. 80+ inside. After many prayers, we got a call stating *** could come NOW!! I was one happy old lady. We have never been unhappy with One Hour Heating and Air. They’ve always been polite, on time, clean, friendly and very knowledgeable!
