******* ****** was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! He explained everything thoroughly, and I would definitely request him in the future.
Arrived quickly on a Sunday. Great advise. Great repair. Found additional problems but have pictures on proof of problem and diagnostic readings on valve readings as well as pictures of repairs and cleaning done and néw diagnostic readings. Totally understood and could see problems and results. As well as feel improvement of cooling. Fixed major leak problem without having to call plumber.
The technician came on time, explained everything well, was polite and respectful of my property. I will use them again.
A recent repair was performed and no complaints there other than the charge of $ 1,848.00 for a motor "GE ECM 1hp motor. After paying the invoice upon completion of the work, I started checking up on the motor. Within fifteen minutes of searching I found a company that sell that same motor for $ 299.00. Trying to be fair I went to the company's office and discussed the issue with one of the owners (will not mention name here). We agreed that he would look into the issue and get back soon. Never trust them. I chose this company because of the many reviews. I paid for a 1 year membership and expected a long service but I was disappointed. Technician ****** ****** is very rude, talking to customers like we owe him. When I complained about him to the manager, even the manager did nothing, behaved as usual and did not even apologize.
