Great service by great technicians who are professionals, friendly and experiencedw. The team at McCarthys from scheduling to announcing technicians in route time and arrival Time keeps the customer informed and knowledgeable about when to expect the technician to arrive. I also like the bio given so I know who to expect.
Very professional and thorough with his explanation of things we might consider doing in the future. And listed in detail what should be done in a certain order of importance.

The technician was friendly. He checked all wiring and cleaned the interior. He took before and after photos so we could see the rust removal of the burners. He didn’t hurry through the inspection. We scheduled our AC inspection for next spring. Very convenient.
I would give 0 stars if I could. River City One came out to do a routine check of my systems, & came back inside, saying there were three items requiring immediate attention and the total would be nearly $1100. They also were of course willing to start the work right away if we agreed. My partner & I declined and sought out a second opinion. Carter did a very thorough inspection and tune-up of the furnace. I was very impressed with the his level of expertise, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He did an awesome job!
