**** ******* was very knowledgeable and came out quick with a positive attitude even on a holiday. He was able to diagnose our issue and set us up am appointment to get our unit replaced. Thank you **** and River City Air!

We have been using this company for over 10 yrs. The only reason we used them for so long was because they had installed a whole new HVAC system in 2011 for ( 13,000.00) which in my opinion was pretty high back then. We had to have the company come and make repairs to this unit every year for 10 yrs sometimes multiple times. Needless to say the system had to be replaced again and of course was then out of any warranty and cost us now 18,000.00! This was for a 5 ton unit. The technician's communication was terrible. He failed to let us know pricing before changing out any part. He harmed himself while not using proper safety protocols which could have been a big issue since he was on our property. Further, he failed to complete the job and we still had to pay over 400 dollars for an incomplete service. Will never use this company again. I don't recommend them to anyone.

We had so much to do, and ***** was so patient, helping prioritize and get the most bang for our buck, understanding we are on a budget.
