The technician was friendly. He checked all wiring and cleaned the interior. He took before and after photos so we could see the rust removal of the burners. He didn’t hurry through the inspection. We scheduled our AC inspection for next spring. Very convenient.
I would give 0 stars if I could. River City One came out to do a routine check of my systems, & came back inside, saying there were three items requiring immediate attention and the total would be nearly $1100. They also were of course willing to start the work right away if we agreed. My partner & I declined and sought out a second opinion. Turns out we only needed work done on one of the three items the River city tech had come up with & our bill for as only $245. I do not recommend this company, they will price gouge & re... read more

Carter did a very thorough inspection and tune-up of the furnace. I was very impressed with the his level of expertise, and he took the time to answer all of my questions. He did an awesome job!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had hell trying to even get a technician to show up before I found out about them. Their customer service from the moment you come into contact with them is superior to any company I have worked with in any field.
