I cannot say enough good things about this company. We have had hell trying to even get a technician to show up before I found out about them. Their customer service from the moment you come into contact with them is superior to any company I have worked with in any field. Joshua was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem, installed a new part, and had my AC up and running quickly. All service and parts were covered under the warranty. Very nice young man.
My AC was not working all night. Called and they came out in less time than I wax first told it would take. He knew what he was doing. Had it working in a very short time.
This is an EXCELLENT company!! The last two times I’ve contacted this company to schedule service they’ve always had someone at the phone to answer my call to schedule service. The tech has ALWAYS showed up in hardly no time at all, and very punctual! The Tech Michael Marvin is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job with no mess left over.
