Follow-up visit by Ronnie ******* because the originally scheduled visit happened during rainy weather when only indoor and attic work could be done. Provided knowledgeable straight talk about a developing problem with the evaporator coil identified during the previous visit, presented simply enough for a nonHVAC-savvy customer to (mostly) follow. Scheduled a visit by another tech to get a second opinion about his assessment.
