10-8-22 Carter was here. Our furnace wouldn't turn on. He was awesome. He couldn't fix it right then, but said part would be in Monday. He was very knowledgeable and personable.
The technician came on time, explained everything well, was polite and respectful of my property. I will use them again.
A recent repair was performed and no complaints there other than the charge of $ 1,848.00 for a motor "GE ECM 1hp motor. After paying the invoice upon completion of the work, I started checking up on the motor. Within fifteen minutes of searching I found a company that sell that same motor for $ 299.00. Trying to be fair I went to the company's office and discussed the issue with one of the owners (will not mention name here). We agreed that he would look into the issue and get back soon.
