Joe was good at his job. However, as a client was asked to wear a mask, he did not wear a mask.
Received an e-mail that Jason was on his way. Jason was on time, and after running several tests diagnosed the problem as condensation. He wrapped the pipe to stop the condensation. He went through several possibilities, all which proved to be negative. Timely and professional.
***** was friendly and knowledgeable about our problem. Would highly recommend One Hour and ***** to anyone with air conditioner problems.

Received a phone call prior to the tech coming out. Hank from McCARTHY'S checked our furnace to find a dirty sensor which he cleaned. He then checked our AC unit and found that a part needed to be replaced. Luckily he had the part with him. Very friendly, concise and knowledgeable.
Very punctual-called in advance of arrival. Listened to me explain what was needed, and proceeded with the work. Joe moved from one step to another until the job was done. He reported his findings and I signed off the work. The company always calls ahead to check on accuracy of appointment and always personable to speak with. I always recommend McCarthy's as the place to go! ********
Highly recommend! ******* ****** was amazing! Not only did he spend the time to diagnose our problems, but also explained each action he was taking and why. We had so much to do, and ***** was so patient, helping prioritize and get the most bang for our buck, understanding we are on a budget. He made several trips to the site, each time arriving before the scheduled window and staying until there was nothing more that could be done that day, even if it meant working well into the evening.
