They installed my central heating and air conditioning, and have been servicing it over the years. Their technicians are thorough and professional. On June 21 2021, both of our AC units stopped working. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was called to service the units, one still under warranty. Technician determined run capacitors had failed. Technician recommended installing a start capacitor on the unit under warranty at a cost of $390 installed. I okayed the install. Technician then hooked up AC gauges to check operating pressures on both units, indicating to me it was part of the service call.
