Britt was knowledge, friendly and very professional. As a women who lives alone I never felt intimidated being alone in the house with him. Actually I felt very comfortable. He's very nice and tells you what he doing and give you the estimate before he did the work. If more companies did this people would have more trust in them. We have used River City One Hour Heating and Air for several years with out any problems. Scheduling is easy, the attending technician calls within 30 minutes of arrival to confirm the service call is still convenient and they arrive on time. They take care to minimize household disruption and do a thorough job We are fully satisfied and will continue to use the services offered.
