The One Hour Technician arrived on time and was courteous. He explained everything that he performed on my A/C system and also the on the health of the system. He made me feel comfortable and asked if I had any questions regarding the service performed on my unit. He even showed me snapshots of the parts of my A/C unit he serviced. He did a great job.

Our tech, ****** has been servicing our a/c and heating units for several years now. He is always on time and knows his trade. When I call to schedule an appointment the person taking my call is always courteous. Won't go anywhere else.
We bought a new furnace and ac system. The furnace they installed DOES NOT KEEP OUR HOUSE WARM! We have had them out twice to address the problem. Per their contract we will be happy or they will make it right. We are finally to the point of asking them to install a larger furnace or remove all of their installations and give us a refund and we'll go somewhere else. So far they are refusing to make things right. We do not recommend them at all!
