Never trust them.<br /> I chose this company because of the many reviews. I paid for a 1 year membership and expected a long service but I was disappointed. Technician ****** ****** is very rude, talking to customers like we owe him. When I complained about him to the manager, even the manager did nothing, behaved as usual and did not even apologize.<br /> Their service charges are extra high, I was told before the service that there would be no additional fees from members, only cost of parts. We went to your house three times to help you with your cooling issues, with two of those trips being free. We even offered to refund money and recover parts we used to get you cooling. On time, professional, was unable to fix my issue but due to parts that only the units brand/company can provide.
During Omaha's high heat our air conditioner went out about 7:00 PM. We called McCarthy;s One Hour and within 18 hours a technician was assigned and came out. He checked the entire system, and we have a comfortable house again.
Good customer service is rare these days, but these guys impressed us every step of the way! I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the woman I scheduled with(probably due to my brain overheating) but she was very pleasant to work with! My house got up to 87 degrees today and I could not find someone to come out till tomorrow. Until I got ahold of this place and she got us in same day, called my landlord even faster than I could to confirm with him and she even called me to update me when our technician was on his ... read more
