Worst Prepaid ************ Ever Apparently Onbe is a shell company for a terrible sham of a prepaid card company called Prepaid Digital Solutions. Their card expired after only 6 months (shorter than any other card I have ever seen), and they refused to reissue a new card after talking/waiting on hold for an hour with their answering service in ****** (yes, they are using people in a third-world country to do their dirty work... shameful). I used prepaid cards from different companies most of the time, but this time I used them when I received a $100 gift card. It expired within months, which is an insanely short timeline. I was expecting to have at least a year like most gift cards. It's been a few months just shy of a year when I got the gift card. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. This company just feels scummy.

This company issued a $10 prepaid solution card (virtual) for some simple survey things, and much to my dismay , my complaint is similar to many others. I activated it attempted to use it, and the payment was repeatedly declined. **************** isn't really important to them either.

I received a digital $75 virtual card. I attempted to use it online and physical stores and it's declined every time. When I contacted customer support, they were very rude and sighed after every comment I even asked. They recommended to use it online, I've stated I have and again, was unsuccessful. This virtual card is completely worthless. I'm confused how they stay in business.

Ridiculous fees. I wasn't able to download it to my digital wallet as advertised. They then charge a $4.95 "Monthly Maintenance Fee" for a digital card which makes no sense. When the card expired (12 months from date of issue), they charged a $12.95 reissue fee which covers shipping and handling for a replacement digital card. I was told both the reissue fee and maintenance fees "can't be waived." It may be a quasi-legitimate company but it was a very scammy feel.

ARRRGGGHHH! The normal financial company/tool shenanigans to squeeze profits This "prepaid" **** tool/website is maybe among the bottom 2 or 3 worst websites/vendors to deal with. Between my companies "rewards" tool shenanigans and this websites ************************* dates, I waste more time, ****************as-time than the "prepaid" card system is worth.I wish my company and its reward company had chosen something better.-DON'T LOSE YOUR TOKEN # ... This service is a scam. The cards they offer do not work at many retailers online, and they expire very quickly after being issued. Once expired they can be reissued only by sending a mail in form, and paying a $10 fee. They will "not receive" your form the first time you send it every time. After two months an expired card disappears from the leger without a trace, and can not be reissued or even verified as ever having existed.
