I received a $15 gift card recently but when I tried to use it, it was declined at two different locations. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that the gift card had been reported as fraudulent. I don't understand how a $15 gift card could be fraudulent. The representative told me that I would receive an email from the company within **** days but I haven't received anything yet.

I would give them a 0! I got a digital card for $150 and I have not been able to redeem it. The card NEVER WORKED and was constantly being declined. It was obviously uncomfortable and awkward each time! I have reached out by phone and via email and I cannot get a legit response. Apparently the card is now expired. How can a card NEVER WORK and just expire? What happens to all the funds? I found thousands of complaints about this company online, how can this continue to happen? Is there some action we all can take?

This company is a scam service . I won $100 in a sweepstakes from Pall Mall and this company sent me an awards card for the $100 and when I tried to use the card I was told, The payment method info being used is not valid. I called the company that sent me the card. I was told I had already used the card and the balance was $18.00. I have never used the card. They sent papers for me to fill out and filled the papers out and faxed them to the company. On 11/17/2023 I received two letters. One letter said there was fraudulent ... read more

Terrible, because it is a scam service. They simply won't accept visitors to the website, and won't allow logging in to check balance, and won't evet let the card be used for purchases. Their customer support number doesn't work either.

Where's the ZERO stars option? Because one star is a significantly far stretch for a sub par business. This is third world, less than ********, swindling at it's finest. Is it Onbe or North Lane? Changed the name and kept the fraudulent service. Bravo! I'm now trying to reclaim the funds owed to be directly from the companies themselves. Relying on this company has been a complete waste of time, energy, and fees. Have received multiple rebate cards from this company and routinely cards are declined for fraud. Even speaking with someone at a store did not help. Rebate cards have been worthless to redeem. They will reply to say we have reviewed and fixed magically your account. If it has **** logo it should work. Thank goodness its just a rebate.

Probably a top 3 worst customer service experience ever.I was shook at how coldly robotic the customer service agent who served me was; literally shut the line on me for "not saying the correct address" on her file , which I understand it must raise some flags for them when the info doesn't match, but it doesn't make ANY sense if I give 3-4 addresses that could possibly be linked to the file and she wouldn't say anything or give any clue...It's a very confusing moment when you're being asked for your own address, you have it... read more
