This company is a scam service . I won $100 in a sweepstakes from Pall Mall and this company sent me an awards card for the $100 and when I tried to use the card I was told, The payment method info being used is not valid. I called the company that sent me the card. I was told I had already used the card and the balance was $18.00. I have never used the card. Terrible, because it is a scam service. They simply won't accept visitors to the website, and won't allow logging in to check balance, and won't evet let the card be used for purchases. Their customer support number doesn't work either.

Where's the ZERO stars option? Because one star is a significantly far stretch for a sub par business. This is third world, less than ********, swindling at it's finest. Is it Onbe or North Lane? Changed the name and kept the fraudulent service. Bravo! I'm now trying to reclaim the funds owed to be directly from the companies themselves. Relying on this company has been a complete waste of time, energy, and fees. Have received multiple rebate cards from this company and routinely cards are declined for fraud. Even speaking with someone at a store did not help. Rebate cards have been worthless to redeem. They will reply to say we have reviewed and fixed magically your account. If it has **** logo it should work. Thank goodness its just a rebate.

Probably a top 3 worst customer service experience ever.I was shook at how coldly robotic the customer service agent who served me was; literally shut the line on me for "not saying the correct address" on her file , which I understand it must raise some flags for them when the info doesn't match, but it doesn't make ANY sense if I give 3-4 addresses that could possibly be linked to the file and she wouldn't say anything or give any clue...It's a very confusing moment when you're being asked for your own address, you have it... read more

**************** uses Northlane/onbe for refunds. I received a prepaid MasterCard with over $500 on it. The terms and conditions issued by Northlane state, "This card has ATM cash access." The card was declined at several bank ATMs. ********* claims the card can't be used for ATM cash withdrawals and claimed that even if I called P&G, they would direct me back to the card issuer - Northlane/onbe. I would rate this worse if I could. Only reason I have this is donating plasma. **************** is terrible. The online, app, and calling in on the phone tell me 3 different amounts. Im froze out of my account. Wirecard was investigated for fraud now its northlane, you can change your name but youre still a terrible company. Scam would be a better term.
