Scammers. They wait to send out your card right before it expires and then tell you that you cannot renew it and then they keep the money. They should be sued for being thieves. Stole $100 from me.
These people and their debit cards used for plasma places are a joke. i strongly advise not using them nor witness anyone else using the card without smacking it from their hand. i have had trouble every single time i donate plasma and get money on it, its got so bad that i buy something and it locks for 24 hrs and sometimes longer. i have called them ************************************************************************************* even online for it to fail over and over and last time it said fraud at the register and t... read more
Horrible experience. Card can only be used at certain olations and even then its restricted. No matter what I have done, I have lost money on each of the cards I have received from this place. All rebates, but still money I should have been able to use. A scam if you ask me.
My BioLife (plasma sales) card was compromised. I called right away and they told me they cant help me and that I have to file a report. I did and they told me 45 days to get my money back after I had to fax in the paperwork since they dont do it electronically. Its been over 45 days and I keep calling and all they will say is they havent made a decision yet. Its over $130 that I literally am selling blood for and yet they just keep saying call back in a few days They are rude and are scamming people.
I have tried to call and email the company, but I cant get in contact with them. They were supposed to send me a gift card that they said it will be delivered in 10 business days and it was supposedly mailed to me on May 16, butI havent received it yet!!
Given such a short time to use the gift card, which we couldn't do before expiration. Even though a resissue fee is listed on the card, we are told nothing could be done and our money was forfeited. It seems they pick and choose which cards can be reissued.
They sent an email that said I would be refund money within 14 days and 15 days after I called and they just sent it out that day and said I needed to wait 7 to 10 more days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor she just hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to someone that "escladed the case" and I would get to speak with a supervisor that never called. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service at ********************** is a sham. I submitted a claim for fraudulent charges in an incentive card within the 90 day window. They confirmed receipt, and, said it may take in to 90 days. I followed up every month, sometimes bimonthly. Finally, after 120 days they said the claim is too old and is denied.
