I would love to give zero stars. We have had repeated issues with a hacker getting access to our online accounts for spiffs and stealing our money. The process to submit claims is intentionally cumbersome and extremely frustrating along with not being able to get escalation support when issues arise. I've been working on getting fraud claims resolved for 6+ months and continue to get the run around repeatedly. This company is pure c*** I report to them on 8/07/2025 an ATM withdrawal attempt had load feed error and malfunction but it charged my account after I reported immediately to Onbe and I submitted all documentation (discrepancy report) to resolve this issue and return my money, submitted discrepancy report and verified by phone call and now 2 weeks later call to get update and they claim they never received my discrepancy report and keep mailing a blank discrepancy report in the mail but no note or instructions and just refu... read more

After canceling internet service, **** owed us a $60.93 refund. ************* with Onbe to issue refund via ********** debit card I used the debit card to make a $66.29 purchase. The vendor processed the transaction without requesting additional payment for $5.36 overage. Worst company to deal with regarding fraud. I submitted a claim on 2/5/25 for charges that ranged from 11/18/24 to 2/3/25 for ****** and because 1 charge on 11/18/24 was outside the 60 window they rejected the entire claim (****** was withing in the 60 day window). No one in customer service was any help and they kept blaming all on the fraud investigation department but could not connect me with them. Virtual card was requested to the same email as a previous time, just never showed up. Called their support, just to get the runaround and suddenly it'll take 24 hours to process rather than minutes like the previous time. The card was requested due to an urgent need. ******** services was completely unhelpful, refused to listen/explain. Tried asking for a supervisor and the agent just kept repeating the same thing over and over and refusing to listen. After a few times requesting, they just hung up.
