If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service at ********************** is a sham. I submitted a claim for fraudulent charges in an incentive card within the 90 day window. They confirmed receipt, and, said it may take in to 90 days. I followed up every month, sometimes bimonthly. Finally, after 120 days they said the claim is too old and is denied. I purchased a $50 prepaid **** card from Digital solutions. I activated and registered the card as was instructed. Today I tried to use the card to purchase something, and the **** card was denied. Logged in to my Digital Solution account and it says, You currently have no payments in your wallet. I called customer service they said the card under investigation and is on hold for no reason. Now this is over a week. Horrible service.

I applied for a $100.00 rebate applicable to my purchase. Waited many months for the card which never arrived. On December 27, 2023 customer advised that the card was still active and had not been used. They canceled the old card, and issued a replacement advising that I should get the card in **** days. On January 15 I called and was advised that a replacement card would be sent within **** business days. It has now been 1 month and I have not received the replacement card.Please advise when I will get my money.JohnB

This is the most difficult company to work with. I had saved my prepaid card for Amazon Prime Day and the card got rejected but the money was held. I called customer support to release the funds and they told me to call Amazon. I called Amazon and they said the bank was holding it. Then I called customer support again and they kept claiming it was Amazon who was holding the funds. North Lane (owned by Onbe) has actively prevented my from accessing my paycheck. My job uses North Lane prepaid cards for pay roll. My debit card kept getting locked due to "suspicious" activity. The "suspicious" activity would be a subscription payment in my name, a soda bought at the gas station next to my apartment that I went to all the time, or an app purchase from my Apple account.
