North ****************** **************** is like the worst. I have tried to get rid of them after closing my service with them for U-Verse. They keep sending us Debit cards from a third-party company. Called North ****************** **** Also affiliated with Sunrise banks. I call them and the go between is very sick. I just want cash sent to me. By sending me a debit card with a third party they have violated our rights. By giving our information to a third party. North lane is now Onbe. New name, same crappy company. Sometime the customer service people actually try to help, but it seems they aren't properly trained to know that No Matter How you try to get your money out of this card, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A FEE. Or maybe they do know, but are intentionally lying about the mandatory and inescapable fees. **** partnered with Northlane to provide debit cards as refunds owed for **************** In the last few weeks, I have received at least 3 debit cards. I had to register three different user names/email addresses to get my refunds. Each took about an hour to activate and eventually (after MANY attempts) transfer the refunds (less than $10 each) or request paper checks. They make it impossible to spend your refund. The faq says it works with digital wallet, customer service says it doesnt. What a joke.

I worked to get my Fraud claim resolved since September 2021. After two attempts to mail the information into the office for paperwork to support my fraud claim (the second time using return-receipt request from **** for proof of delivery) they still don't acknowledge it was received. After speaking with multiple supervisors, I just get the run around in that they don't have anything. I have in the past two months called periodic to ensure information about my case was on my file, but apparently they don't keep any sort of r... read more

They just put random mail dates on their shipping notices for physical cards . The card wasnt necessarily mailed on that day. They put allow 10 days , etc , to cover ...many times it takes longer . They keep using supply chain and employee availability as excuses . None of it makes any sense .

I received a $200 gift card from my workplace via Prepaid Digital Solutions. It expired within months, which is an insanely short timeline, extremely scummy as they did not clearly state this anywhere in the process from what I could find.
