**************** uses Northlane/onbe for refunds. I received a prepaid MasterCard with over $500 on it. The terms and conditions issued by Northlane state, "This card has ATM cash access." The card was declined at several bank ATMs. ********* claims the card can't be used for ATM cash withdrawals and claimed that even if I called P&G, they would direct me back to the card issuer - Northlane/onbe. I would rate this worse if I could. Only reason I have this is donating plasma. **************** is terrible. The online, app, and calling in on the phone tell me 3 different amounts. Im froze out of my account. Wirecard was investigated for fraud now its northlane, you can change your name but youre still a terrible company. Scam would be a better term.

I have been fighting fraudulent charges on a card issued through Northlane for plasma donations. I found the charges the same day they happened, immediately contacted ********* and gave a list of those charges, Was instructed to fill out the appropriate paperwork and fax??( Fax, really??) Anyway, I that and after more than 60 days, contacted them only to be told that my request was denied. Made two attempts to use digital card at *********** Both transactions blocked. Digital Wallet customer service said it would take 3 to 4 days to resolve.

This is a scam. I made a few dollars from doing surveys, so I redeemed it for a prepaid card. I tried to use the money on it, but it doesn't work anywhere. Do not use this service.

Since I donate plasma, I am forced to use this company as the plasma center uses them for their prepaid cards the donation money is sent to. If I could give negative stars, I would. I made a purchase a couple of years ago on my card and the item I purchased was never sent to me. The company has been scamming people and sending BS emails about the product still being worked on for production. I had gotten a prepaid card back in 2019 and it had expired I wanted to delete my account since it hasn’t been used in years but the support is horrible and I had called to and the support was not the best they helped but it was a hassle my account still isn’t deleted and they kept saying they were going to record the call when. I didn’t even get consent

If there were NEGATIVE number ratings on this place I'd take the one that's -1,000,000,000,000.Emails from them come in as SCAM w BIG warnings, DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS. This is for a "business" that's been in business for 26 years and they aren't rated by the BBB. I'm thinking the *** is from *******.

This is the WORST company ever!! Everything they do is unethical. I am constantly locked out of my account and their customer service seems like a total SCAM! It takes forever to get through to anyone. My card was given to me through BioLife Plasma. Why in the world is this company allowed to continue doing business? Just look at all of the complaints about them and they are all very similar in content. This company must be investigated and they must be able to provide ethical customer service.
