I have been fighting fraudulent charges on a card issued through Northlane for plasma donations. I found the charges the same day they happened, immediately contacted ********* and gave a list of those charges, Was instructed to fill out the appropriate paperwork and fax??( Fax, really??) Anyway, I that and after more than 60 days, contacted them only to be told that my request was denied. This is a scam. I made a few dollars from doing surveys, so I redeemed it for a prepaid card. I tried to use the money on it, but it doesn't work anywhere. Do not use this service.

Since I donate plasma, I am forced to use this company as the plasma center uses them for their prepaid cards the donation money is sent to. If I could give negative stars, I would. I made a purchase a couple of years ago on my card and the item I purchased was never sent to me. I had gotten a prepaid card back in 2019 and it had expired I wanted to delete my account since it hasn’t been used in years but the support is horrible and I had called to and the support was not the best they helped but it was a hassle my account still isn’t deleted and they kept saying they were going to record the call when. I didn’t even get consent

If there were NEGATIVE number ratings on this place I'd take the one that's -1,000,000,000,000.Emails from them come in as SCAM w BIG warnings, DO NOT CLICK ON LINKS. This is for a "business" that's been in business for 26 years and they aren't rated by the BBB. I'm thinking the *** is from *******.
This is the WORST company ever!! Everything they do is unethical. I am constantly locked out of my account and their customer service seems like a total SCAM! It takes forever to get through to anyone. My card was given to me through BioLife Plasma. Why in the world is this company allowed to continue doing business? Extremely unethical business practices. Read the complaints and company responses. Cards are issued even when the company (ATT) in my case promised a check. Website on back of card does not list https:// in front of address, so when someone attempts to log on, website does not load, unless they know to type that in front of url listed on card. Customers receive their refund card with only a few months before expiration unlike a real debit or credit card. Complainants are not asking for anything other than their own money be ... read more

I received a card in the mail from my son school with $50 on it. I had $250 in my cash app but because my card had been compromised I could not take it out. I added this one onto cash app and added my 250 onto the card. Usually if it is a prepaid card or not able to make deposits youre not even able to add the card onto any of the money service apps it wouldnt even go through but this company not only let it go through but then would not let me take it out.
