Verified Renter Overall the place is a pretty cool place to live. But the cleanliness of the place is average at best. Ive found cigarettes in the hallways, garbage throughout the hallways thats never tended to. The noise level of some of the neighbors at late hours doesnt really bother me but I could see how it would bother some, so thats a bit of a worry. Verified Renter I love my view and floor plan layout. The bathroom is fabulous and of course walk in closet is a must have. Its so close to everything downtown and the Management keeps communication with us. Really love it here.

The apartment floor plans offered and style is by far the best in Downtown and definitely makes you feel at home while living in a busy, urban city. However, our leasing experience was the most unpleasant. Verified Renter No one ever showed us. I submitted the request last Friday. My dishwasher still does not work, and this is the third time theyve tried to fix it. I need a new dishwasher. I called on Tuesday, to follow up, still; no one came.
