Verified Renter Living at Olympic by Windsor has been a great experience in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Management is very responsive and always on top of it. The apartments themselves are nice and we chose this unit specifically based on the balcony, in unit w/d and central air. We love our view. We are happy with our experience living at Olympic by Windsor. (Big shoutout to Morgan for being a great leasing/community member!)

Verified Renter Management has been very helpful and prompt with every request. Very kind leasing office. Only issue has been I live in a unit facing the ally way, so there is a lot of early morning noise from garbage trucks.
Verified Renter Apartment is clean and nice, but it is hard to reach out to management on the phone and get the maintenance.
Verified Renter Maintenance team is great! I have submitted work orders during the evening and maintenance comes the next day fully prepared to fix the issue while wearing a mask.
